How to book a new clean
Flat Rate Pricing
Flat rate pricing is based on the time it takes to clean an average home with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms your home has. Pick the actual number of bedrooms to give us an accurate estimate for the time it will take to clean your home. Choosing less bedrooms than your home has is a customized clean and will be switched to our hourly rate.
Hourly Rate Pricing
Our customized hourly rate is currently $75 an hour per cleaner with 2 cleaners for a minimum of 2 hours or 1 cleaner for a minimum of 4 hours, etc. Please note that we specialize in providing comprehensive cleaning services to ensure your space is thoroughly refreshed, so we do not offer partial cleans.
How do I book my first appointment?
Go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. You also can give us a call if there are any issues or any questions at all.
How do I create a Broom account?
When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password then you are good to go. Once it's created you can go at anytime to broomdenver.com, click on the login and put in your password, from there you can review or make changes.
Referrals
Earn free cleans by referring your friends. Log into your account, and click on the referral link to get started.

How do I change my address?
Log into your account and update your address for your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.
How do I change my password?
Please login to you account to make changes to your bookings or to schedule new service. If you forget your password please select “I forgot my password” and you will be able to make password changes. Alternatively, you can contact us here for any assistance.
How to cancel service?
Cancellations must 24 hours in advance with no charged fee. If cancel service in less then 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 42% of your booking.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your service by logging into your account. After the initial clean, your recurring service is scheduled to a day when cleaners are in your area. Requesting a reschedule to a specific time and date will only happen if that time and slot are available and there are cleaners in your area on that day. Otherwise, you will be sent a limited list of available reschedule times and dates to chose from. If there are no open slots in your area, your clean will be cancelled. A cancelled clean may forfeit your current cleaning service slot and remove any current discounts for future cleans. Multiple reschedules may forfeit your current cleaning service slot and remove any current discounts for future cleans.

What should I do to prepare for cleaners?
Help us help you! Before the professionals arrive for your cleaning. You’ll need to put away your personal belongings and declutter all surfaces that you would like to be cleaned like unruly paperwork, toys, dishes or other clutter .This way our professionals can focus on giving you the best possible result for a clean home.
On the day of your clean
Do I need to be Home when you clean?
Its nice for you to be there for the first cleaning but it's not necessary. If not, we will need a method to access your home the day of cleaning. If you prefer we can offer you a lock box.
How long will it take to clean my home?
Each cleaning may vary based on the condition of the home as well as the size and extras
How many professional do you send?
We prefer a team of two cleaning professionals or more depending on the nature of the job or one team leader.
What is the arrive time for the cleaners?
There is an arrival window of 2 hours from your initial start time. Time of arrival can also vary due to unpredictability weather, traffic or parking, and we want to ensure that each home gets the attention it deserves. There will be a courtesy text or call to inform you of an approximate arrival time, if it is not at the initial start time.

We prefer to keep the same professional team coming to your home but sometimes due to the date ,time or location can vary on the professional team.
Our cleaning service
Do I Provide the supplies?
We provide all the cleaning supplies for your home that also including the mop,broom and rags. We will provided vacuum with no extra charge on request. We do offer green cleaning as well.
Do you offer green cleaning?
Yes, we absolutely do offer green cleaning! If you would like a green cleaning please select this service on the booking form at checkout.
Do you work weekends?
We do not work on weekends at this time, we may offer service on the weekends in the future.
Our we pet friendly?
Yes we are!!! We Love animals and support local pet charities. Your pet is welcome to hanging around and keep our professional team company while they clean.
What are your hours of operation?
Broom's hours of operations are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our last regularly scheduled recurring service is around 3:00 pm.
What is included in the cleaning?
Broom has a checklist that your professional will follow. If you need to you can leave additional notes in your account after checkout or by contacting us. Which you can livechat us at anytime .
*We do offer extra services, if selected at checkout: Inside the fridge, inside the oven, green cleaning, inside windows, basement, move in/move out, laundry, and inside cabinets.
**Side note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders that are more then a two or three step ladder, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal to walls, cabinets, doors, floors or carpet, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting. Clean floors on hands and knees or using a mop and bucket.
Payment and billing
Cancellations
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 24 hours before service to avoid incurring a 42% cancellation fee. One time cancellations for recurring service will open your reserved date and time slot and may be filled for all future bookings. You will be moved to what ever slot is available and your discounts may be removed. If you cancel service completely after the initial clean, cancel the second clean, or reschedule the second clean for recurring service, you will be charged the remaining full price and a deep clean charge will be added to your initial clean total. Your service may be cancelled by Broom without notice for making unreasonable demands, preventing cleaners from doing their job, being rude or making threats to cleaners or staff, demanding cleaners work longer than their allotted maximum times, following cleaners around the house as they clean, trying to abuse the system to get lower pricing, etc.
Discounts
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount codes or Frequency discounts. If a discount code is added to a booking that already has a frequency discount, only the larger of the two discounts will be be applied. The recurring discount does not apply to the initial recurring service.
How do I update my payment method?
Please login to you account to update your credit card on file.
How do you charge me?
We don't charge the form of payment that was provided until service has been completed by our professionals.
Re-cleans
A re-clean will only be completed within a 7 day window from your date of service, otherwise it will be considered denied. No refund will be considered if a re-clean is denied. Please note that if you are there during the clean, it is your responsibility to let the cleaners know whether there are issues before they leave. You should do a walk through and approve their clean before they leave. If you are there during the clean and later want a re-clean, a re-clean may be offered as a courtesy only.
